Delivery

• Orders placed on electricUFH.co.uk before 1pm will be sent out on a next working day service.
• Some products may have extra lead times please check the product you are looking to purchase before ordering.

Returns

• If you need to return an item you can do so within 28 days of the sale, see return address below.
• No credit will be issued if the products returned are not in re-saleable condition
• There is a 10% restocking charge to all correctly supplied items.
• If the product is incorrectly supplied we will cover the costs of collection and re-delivery.

Damages

• Damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
